A colourful, fun, arty, crafty party in company of their friends!
Choose one of our unique and creative themed artwork or project or feel free to suggest one as well and we’ll see what we can come up with.
Options:
1. Wonderland - create a themed wonderland on a terracotta plate
2. Diorama - createa themed diorama in a box with a rotating puppet or sliding objects
3. Painting - Create a themed canvas painting
4. Adopt a Pet - Create a themed clay animal or character and its home
Package include:
Personalised invite and 'Thank You' card print ready
Art space setup and decorated for the party
Food & Drinks area setup and decorated to enjoy cake, drinks and nibbles
Main creative activity and sub activity such as sensory or art table setup with the chosen theme
All art material and aprons for the chosen art project

Party Schedule:
20-30min before - Birthday child and parent(s) arrive and set up food & drinks
(1-2 adults to stay for the duration of the party)
Arrival time - Parents drop-off their child and child is welcomed in the studio
Art time - 1.15 hour of colourful creativity making their art
Cake time - 15min to sing Happy Birthday and enjoy some food and drinks
Play time - 30 min to use the themed sensory/craft table
Leaving time - Parents pick up their cheerful child and take home their colourful artwork
15-30min after - Parent(s) of birthday child take home any remaining food, presents and artwork whilst leaving Chez Beauvardia to clean up.
Booking Details:
Date Options: Daytime, after school or weekend according to availability
Time: 3 hours party package including 15-30 minutes before and after for birthday family
Location: Chez Beauvardia Home Art Studio, 49 Charles Canty Drive, Wellington Point
Cost: $45 per participant for up to 8 participants (minimum package booking $360 + GST)
Payment: 50% deposit at the time of booking and 50% remaining 7 days before the party.
BYO food: Suggestions are to bring a cake, savoury nibbles, fruit platter or sweet snacks and why not a little juice pack. We will have a dedicated space setup for you, plates/bowls/cups/napkins/spoons/drink dispenser are available for you to use.
Invite and Thank You: Upon booking once deposit paid, personalised invite and 'Thank You' card will be designed and a template ready to print will be sent to you within 3 days.
