Our website uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details upon transaction are protected. We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).


If you are based in Redland City (excluding bay islands) we are currently offering free local delivery, use coupon code FREEDELIVERY on checkout!

Alternatively if you would like free contactless driveway pickup from our studio in Wellington Point, use coupon code FREEPICKUP on checkout (address will be sent to you after purchase).

Please note for $5 flat rate shipping we are only at this stage delivering locally to Balmoral, Belmont, Bulimba, Camp Hill, Cannon Hill, Carina, Carindale, Chandler, Coorparoo, Gumdale, Hemmant, Lota, Manly, Manly West, Morningside, Murarrie, Norman Park, Seven Hills, Tingalpa, Wakerley, Wynnum and Wynnum West.


If an item is damaged in transit please contact us by email as soon as you have received the item. We will email you a return authorisation number, return address, and instructions. The product needs to be returned and in our possession within 10 business days of the original receipt of package (30 days for international shipments). Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping of the returned item. Once received, we will evaluate the damage and look into a possible replacement or refund. Cash refunds are issued through PayPal, and only in the case of damages. Please note we do not cancel any orders once they’ve been placed.


Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds will be given for packages returned without prior communication.


If an item is in good condition and you received the item as ordered, but you've simply changed your mind, we won't refund or exchange your order. We are happy to email extra photos or answer any of your concerns or questions before purchasing.


All designs are copyright protected and may not be used in any way beyond the form in which you purchased them. You may not duplicate Chez Beauvardia’s designs in any way. Printable products may not be altered or used graphically. They are for print only. Posting photos on your blog to talk about our products is perfectly okay and very welcomed! Get in touch if you need extra or higher resolution photos, we’ll do our best to assist.
